My friend gave me a kunzite pendant, about 3 inch length and nearly 1 inch width. I've been looking on the Internet to find some info about it. But most of the kunzite I saw was pink/light pink in color. This is quite confusing since my kunzite is lavender in color. My friend get the purple one for coz she knows my fav color is purple. My question here: 1) is there any difference between pink or purple kunzite? Especially when you talk about its metaphysical healing? 2) And which one is rarer and harder to find, the one with pink or purple kunzite? I would like to purchase GREEN AMETHYST, MORGANITE, & KUNZITE. With the exception of green amethyst, I've never seen any of these gems used in the tangible marketplace--I mean, I've never seen a kunzite pendant at Macy*s or a morganite ring at Ben Bridge. I've only heard of and seen morganite & kunzite on GemsTV. I'm wondering where I can buy these as loose stones, OR as already made jewelry pieces? Any information would be greatly appreciated :)

I've always obsessed with crystal. I like to have them in raw/already cut design and now I have so many collection of bracelet, pendants and necklace of them. Last few day I was offered to buy light bluish green kunzite from this crystal shop I always went to. Actually he just received kunzite crystal stock that day (most of them are pendant and pink/lilac color), and he havent put the tag price on them yet. Since I'm the regular customer to him, he said he will give special price of that kunzite to me which means lower than actual price. Should I buy that kunzite? I like it coz it' really lovely, and I can feel the energy through my hand when I hold it. But since I read in crystal book and also seek some information about Kunzite, I found only pink, lilac, violet, green and yellow are showed. I havent found the light blue kunzite on any website. Is dat really kunzite with aquamarine tone color (the blue color is more obvious)? Or is it hiddenite? I forgot to mention. The bluish kunzite which Im talking about is a pendant in a raw form ( the one which has the long shape and irregular face) yeah, I've read that both kunzite and hiddenite are from spodumene group. But what i confused here is I dunno what to call that particular crystal which dat guy offered to me. And why he said that is kunzite, not hiddenite? Is hiddenite supposed to be green color (light/slightly darker)? What do you called a spodumene mineral that has very light BLUISH tone? (you dont see any green hue on it. And sometimes it looks colorless) And honestly, which one in more valuable/worth to buy, the pink/lilac/lavender kunzite OR hiddenite?
