I would like to purchase GREEN AMETHYST, MORGANITE, & KUNZITE. With the exception of green amethyst, I've never seen any of these gems used in the tangible marketplace--I mean, I've never seen a kunzite pendant at Macy*s or a morganite ring at Ben Bridge. I've only heard of and seen morganite & kunzite on GemsTV. I'm wondering where I can buy these as loose stones, OR as already made jewelry pieces? Any information would be greatly appreciated :)

i need to make the holes big enough to fit hemp string into, but the gemstone beads are made for stringing onto wire. do i have to go get it specially done by a jeweler of something? if so, how much would that be? and if i were to do it at home, how? here is a list of the types of gemstones, if that matters to how i would do it: amazonite amber amethyst aventurine azurite bloodstone blue lace agate boji stone carnelian chrysocolla citrine cookeite garnet hematite howlite jasper kunzite lapis lazuli malachite moonstone moss agate opal peridot petrified wood rhodochrosite rhodonite rose quartz sugilite tiger eye topaz tourmaline turqouise tree agate sodalite tiger eye chrysocolla i know thats a long list, but im probably not getting every single one...im getting most, though. i just dont want to try and make a bigger hole and end up ruining the beads yeah i know it wont look like its supposed to...i just kinda wanna try it. what kind of screw thingy doi put in the drill?

I am making a necklace for a friend of mine. This friend believes in the healing power of stones and so forth. I've never done much study in this area, but I was thinking of using jet, kunzite amethyst, black agate, black tourmaline, and silver. Would these choices be good/bad/inconsequential? I really don't want to offend my friend.
